Can I use my existing business domain?
Yes. Your organization keeps its existing domain. DSDillon verifies ownership and provides the DNS records required to route mail correctly.
Will moving email affect my website?
It does not have to. Email DNS can be changed without moving your website. We separate mail routing from website hosting and verify records before cutover.
Can DSDillon migrate existing mailboxes?
Migration assistance is available. The source platform, mailbox count, message volume and authentication method are assessed before a migration plan is confirmed.
How is billing handled?
Commercial subscriptions are billed through DSDillon Stripe Billing. Plans are seat-based and can be offered on monthly or annual terms.
Can each customer manage only its own organization?
Yes. Customer administrators operate inside their own organization context. They do not receive access to DSDillon provider administration or other customer tenants.
How do I start?
