Accessibility Statement
DSDillon is committed to making its public website usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Accessibility objective
DSDillon's ongoing objective is to design and maintain the public website in substantial alignment with widely recognized web accessibility practices, including the principles of WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to the site's content and functionality.
2. Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing engineering and content process. DSDillon reviews navigation, keyboard operation, focus visibility, semantic structure, forms, contrast, responsive layouts, text alternatives and interactive components as the website evolves.
3. Third-party content
Some external services reached from DSDillon, such as payment or communications providers, are controlled by third parties. DSDillon cannot directly modify the accessibility of a third-party destination but can consider accessibility when selecting or reviewing providers.
4. Requesting assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email info@dsdillon.com with the page, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier encountered and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology used. DSDillon will review the issue and seek a reasonable solution.
5. Alternative access
If a website feature is temporarily inaccessible to you, contact DSDillon and request the relevant information or service through an alternative reasonable method.
