Business email operating system
Business email sits across domain ownership, DNS, authentication, provider administration, user access, message routing, reputation and recovery. This hub helps separate those layers so a migration, deliverability issue or setup request reaches the correct technical path.
Confirm who controls the domain, DNS, provider tenant, billing and recovery methods before changing mail routing. A technically correct mailbox can still become an operational risk when nobody can renew the domain, recover the administrator account or explain who owns critical aliases.
Outbound SMTP or provider APIs, inbound MX routing, mailbox delivery, forwarding and user clients can fail independently. A useful diagnosis traces the direction that is broken and uses controlled test messages rather than repeatedly changing DNS records that belong to another part of the system.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC should reflect the real services allowed to send as the domain. Before tightening policy, identify mail platforms, website forms, accounting systems, support tools and other legitimate senders, then verify alignment from actual message headers.
Document mailbox ownership, shared addresses, aliases, retention needs, exports, migration checkpoints and recovery procedures. Email becomes business infrastructure when customer enquiries, invoices, legal notices and internal approvals depend on it.
