Name the record and the system that owns it
An order, customer, invoice and payment need distinct identifiers. Decide which application creates each record and which fields another system can update. A clear map prevents conflicting edits.
List source formats, destinations, expected volumes and update frequency. We assess APIs, scheduled files and database access against security and support requirements.
Preserve the path from input to result
Each attempt retains the original reference, status and destination result. A retry checks whether the work already completed. Records rejected for missing fields enter an exception queue.
Changes and deletions need explicit rules. Removing a product from a catalogue should not erase its historic invoice lines. Correcting a financial record follows the relevant accounting workflow.
Reconcile a known set of records
The acceptance set covers normal imports, duplicated files, partial failures, revoked access and changed formats. Compare record counts and agreed control totals between source and destination.
We reuse the existing DSDillon accounting integration service for QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and Zoho Books planning. Product editions, permissions and supported fields determine the final connection.

Can you connect software with no API?
We inspect supported export, import or database methods. The proposal states the practical limits and maintenance risks of the available route.
Can you fix a connection that duplicates records?
Yes. We identify the repeated event path and agree a reviewed correction plan for existing data.
