Refund & Cancellation Policy
DSDillon's work is professional and often customized. This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled while preserving any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. One-time professional services
If you request cancellation before substantive work begins, DSDillon will review the order for a refund. Any non-recoverable third-party cost already authorized and actually incurred may be deducted where permitted by law. Once substantive work has begun, amounts attributable to completed work, reserved implementation capacity, delivered analysis, configured systems or other committed resources are generally non-refundable unless the applicable order or law requires otherwise.
2. Scope qualification
If DSDillon determines before substantive performance that the selected package cannot responsibly cover the requested scope, DSDillon may offer a revised scope or cancel and refund the affected order rather than proceed on an unsuitable package.
3. Recurring services
You may request cancellation of a recurring service before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the effective cancellation date. Fees already charged for the current billing period are not automatically prorated or refunded merely because the service is cancelled mid-period, except where the order, a written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe a charge was duplicated, processed in error or does not match the authorized order, contact DSDillon promptly at info@dsdillon.com so it can be investigated.
5. Service concerns
A dissatisfaction claim does not automatically establish a refund entitlement, especially where the contracted work has been performed. DSDillon will review documented concerns against the agreed scope and may, where appropriate, correct defective work, complete an omitted deliverable, issue a service credit or approve a refund in whole or part.
6. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes a cancellation, refund, cooling-off or other consumer right that applicable law makes mandatory and non-waivable.
7. How to request cancellation
Send the purchaser name, business name, service, order or invoice reference and requested effective date to info@dsdillon.com. DSDillon may verify the requester before changing a recurring service or issuing funds.
