WhatsApp and CRM Integration Development
Bring customer conversations into the same workflow as leads, appointments and service requests. We define the approved messaging account, routing and response rules.
Start with the business messaging setup
The review covers the business account, phone number, provider, template requirements and customer consent process. We confirm the available connection and message permissions before designing automation.
Tell us which conversations should create a lead, update a booking or open a support request. Different message types and delivery states need explicit handling.
Assign the conversation and preserve its history
New enquiries can enter a team queue with a responsible person and a response target. Staff takeover should pause automated replies for that conversation. A returning customer needs the correct history and access permissions.
Attachments, message status and opt out requests need their own records. The agreed policy sets retention, escalation and the situations in which an assistant may respond.
Test delivery failures and handoffs
The acceptance set includes repeated notifications, an undelivered message, a reassigned conversation and revoked account access. A queued message remains visibly different from one confirmed delivered.
We build against the provider capabilities available for the account. Message charges and third party terms are included in the project cost review.
Project questions
Can staff take over from an assistant?
Yes. The workflow can include explicit takeover, a paused automation state and a recorded handback.
Can you send messages from the website automatically?
Supported messages can be automated under the approved consent and provider rules. Sending is tested with controlled recipients before activation.
