Payment Terms
These terms apply to payments made for DSDillon services unless a signed agreement or invoice states different payment terms.

1. Currency and pricing
Website package prices are stated in United States dollars unless clearly marked otherwise. The price shown for the selected package does not include a third-party license, government fee, tax, advertising spend or external vendor charge unless the package expressly says it is included.
2. Card processing
Website card payments are processed through Stripe. Card credentials are entered into Stripe's checkout environment and are not stored by DSDillon as raw card details. Stripe may perform fraud, authentication or payment-processing checks under its own terms and privacy practices.
3. One-time charges
A one-time package charge authorizes DSDillon to collect the displayed amount for that order. Work may begin after successful payment and any required scope qualification or onboarding information.
4. Recurring charges and renewal
A package marked per month is a recurring service. By purchasing it, you authorize recurring charges at the displayed billing frequency until cancellation becomes effective. The service may renew automatically each billing period unless the order or written agreement says otherwise.
5. Cancellation
Future recurring charges can be stopped in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A cancellation does not automatically reverse a charge for a billing period that has already begun.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for taxes, duties or similar governmental charges applicable to the transaction unless DSDillon is legally required to collect and remit them as part of the checkout or invoice.
7. Failed or disputed payments
If an authorized payment fails, DSDillon may retry collection through the payment processor or pause the affected paid service. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact DSDillon so the transaction can be investigated. Nothing here prevents you from exercising a payment-dispute right that applicable law gives you.
8. Invoices and records
DSDillon may create and retain order, invoice, payment-status and subscription records for accounting, service delivery, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal compliance.
