What the quotation should include
The cost depends on the trading workflow, accounting scope, integrations, legal entities and data being migrated. Multiple currencies, offline operation, tax connections and unusual hardware require their own tests.
Ask for the development scope, supported devices, import limits, third party charges and ongoing support. The proposal should identify the acceptance criteria and how changes to scope are priced.

The calculator uses your own figures and assumptions. It is a budgeting tool, not a DSDillon quotation. Tax, financing, unusual payment terms and foreign conversion are considered separately.
Do you offer a fixed project price?
A fixed price can be agreed for a defined scope with acceptance criteria and clear dependencies. Unknown migration or provider requirements need review first.
Can we develop one missing workflow?
Yes. A focused integration, billing module or reporting repair can be scoped without replacing the whole operating system.
