Buildium Integration Development
Connect the property records your team already uses to a focused application or reporting workflow. We scope the Buildium resources, permissions and synchronization rules first.
Confirm API access before planning the connection
Buildium documents its Open API for Premium subscriptions and requires an administrator to enable access and create keys. Keys can be restricted to selected resources and read only operations. Confirm these arrangements in the actual account.
A server side integration keeps the secret out of the customer browser. The connection should have a named owner and a process for revoking or replacing access.
Map the property relationships
Properties, units, leases, owners and residents are different records. The mapping preserves their identifiers and the dates for which a relationship applies. A new resident must not receive the prior tenancy documents.
The project may connect leasing enquiries, maintenance requests, resident communication or management reports. We select the resources needed for those functions and identify any unsupported fields.
Reconcile updates and exceptions
We test missing records, changed permissions, archived units, repeated notifications and delayed responses. Bulk imports need progress records and restart points. Corrections preserve the original event.
The delivery includes the integration, mapping, exception report and operational instructions. Production activation follows a reviewed test set and authorized account access.

Does the website include a ready connected Buildium account?
No. This page offers development for your authorized account. API availability and the requested resources are verified during scoping.
Can the integration start with reports only?
Yes. A read only reporting scope can be defined before any record creation or update is enabled.
