Calendar and Email Integration Development
Connect appointments and incoming messages to the records your team uses. We build around the approved calendar, inbox and the actions each connection may take.
Choose what controls availability
A booking system may read busy periods, create events or synchronize changes. The mapping identifies the controlling schedule and what happens when someone edits an event directly in the calendar.
Google Calendar documents separate access scopes, including availability and event operations. We request the access needed for the project and identify any app verification requirements.
Connect the approved mailbox
An intake workflow can read a selected inbox and route attachments for review. A communications workflow may send confirmations. Those permissions and their operational owners are specified separately.
Microsoft Graph distinguishes delegated and application permissions. The tenant configuration, consent and mailbox restrictions need review for the selected Microsoft workflow.
Test delayed events and repeated messages
An inbox polling job may encounter a message twice. Calendar notifications may arrive after another change. Preserve the source ID and current state so repeated processing does not create duplicate orders or appointments.
Test time zone changes, cancellations, expired access and a message with an unsupported attachment. The handover includes monitoring and a route for reviewing exceptions.

Can a booking be added to an employee calendar?
Yes, with authorized access and an agreed rule for conflicts, updates and cancellation.
Can order attachments become records automatically?
The system can extract and validate proposed records. Posting or order acceptance follows the approved review conditions.
