Design the workspace around the engagement
A project may contain deliverables, meeting notes, approvals and invoice references. A retainer needs a continuing history. We agree the databases and relationships before copying information into separate client pages.
Choose which information is internal, shared with a client or used by a connected application. The sharing model needs to match the actual sensitivity of the records.
Define the connection and sharing boundaries
Notion connections declare capabilities such as reading or updating content. Access also depends on the pages made available to the connection. We select the permissions required for the agreed workflow.
Test the client and team views
Acceptance tests include a client with several projects, an archived engagement, an inaccessible page and a revoked connection. A private note must remain private across links, exports and integrations.
For requirements beyond the selected workspace sharing model, we can scope a separate portal. The project records the ownership of each document and the process for updating it.
