Planning permission and Status of Land applications use the DevelopTT online services. Open the relevant service and check its current document list before preparing the submission.
Use the EMA Customer Service Portal for a required CEC application. WASA publishes service-connection and customer forms, and has a DevelopTT route for specified construction approvals. Choose the application by purpose.

Check registration before appointing a professional
For cadastral land work, confirm the surveyor’s appropriate category and current annual registration with the Land Survey Board. The annual list linked on the Board’s page is labelled 2025. Ask for the current certificate, stamp and identification details.
The Law Association directory identifies members in good financial standing as of 25 September 2026 for the 2026/2027 law term. Ask the attorney for a current practising certificate. The Association’s public FAQ directs certificate enquiries to the Supreme Court Registrar.
Use the Board of Architecture’s 2026 list and the Board of Engineering’s register for the relevant profession and discipline. Ask each professional for a written scope, deliverables, fees and responsibility for application follow-up.
